Jul 19, 2018 - Just after midnight on Tuesday, Deputies responded to a medical call on Kalorama Court in Palm Coast. Deputy Anthony Bifano, a new recruit to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, and his Field Training Officer Deputy Jacob West were first to arrive on scene. A female had called 9-1-1 and reported that her husband was unresponsive and not breathing.
