Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies made 16 arrests this past weekend between 6 p.m. on Friday, August 8, 2025, and 6 a.m. on Monday, August 11, 2025. Deputies handled 544 calls for service and made 94 traffic stops.
Russian National Arrested for Credit Card Fraud in Palm Coast, Suspect in Country Illegally
On Friday, August 8, Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Mikhail Vasilev, 43, an illegal Russian national living in Palm Coast on two warrants for credit card fraud following two separate investigations conducted by FCSO detectives. Vasilev obtained customer credit cards to purchase construction material for residential home repairs and later used the cards for unauthorized, personal transactions.
North Carolina Man Arrested on Flagler County Warrant for Sexual Battery of Child
On August 1, the Macon County Sheriff’s Office in North Carolina arrested Kermit Booth, 72, of Franklin, North Carolina, on a Flagler County warrant for two counts of sexual battery of a victim under 12.
FCSO Arrests Palm Coast Woman for Posing as a Registered Nurse and Treating Over 4,400 Patients Without a License
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Palm Coast woman who posed as a licensed nurse and provided medical care to thousands of unsuspecting patients, following an investigation conducted in coordination with AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway and multiple state and federal partners.
