FCSO K-9 Kyro Passes after Suffering a Medical Episode
Sheriff Rick Staly and the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office are saddened to announce the passing of K-9 Kyro due to an unknown medical issue. Kyro passed away on Oct. 14, 2025. He was 2 years old.

Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies made 11 arrests this past weekend between 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, and 6 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 6, 2025. Deputies handled 518 calls for service and made 91 traffic stops.
