A California man who attempted to solicit a child he met online has been arrested following a more than two-year investigation by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Bunnell man for trafficking in fentanyl following a traffic stop in Bunnell on Wednesday.
On Nov. 5, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office presented Sheriff Rick Staly’s “Great Kid” Award to three exceptional Flagler Schools students.
Employees who saved the lives of suicidal subjects; took down drug dealers; and solved lengthy investigations involving scams, nursing fraud, and sex offenses are among those who were honored during the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office’s 2025 Third Quarter Awards Ceremony held on Oct. 30 at the Flagler County Sheriff’s Operations Center.
Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies made 11 arrests this past weekend between 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, and 6 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 27, 2025. Deputies handled 902 calls for service and made 143 traffic stops.
