Case Update: Former Home Health Aide Sentenced to Probation Following No Contest Plea

Mar 20, 2026 - On Wednesday, Katie Swain, 32, of Pomona Park, pleaded no contest to two counts of grand theft $300 - $10,000 from a person 65 or older, two counts of fraudulent use of personal ID, and one count of fraudulent use of a credit card greater than $100.
